Default NCsoft Europe at i26

Hi everyone,

November is going to be a busy time for those of us here at NCsoft Europe. We'll be attending i26, a large LAN party event in the UK. You can read more about i26 at the Multiplay UK site, who will be hosting the event. The dates are 11th through 13th of November, and the location is Newbury Racecourse (Berkshire) in the United Kingdom.

Now, on to the important bit . We're going to be at the event, and Guild Wars - amongst other NCsoft titles - will be a big part of our activities. I can't be too specific just yet, but rest assured that those who can attend should find something fun and Guild Wars related to do during the three days. There will be mini tournaments and other opportunities to flex your Guild Wars muscles.

We'd love to see as many Guild Wars players as possible crowded around our LAN setup (10 PCs) at the event. So check out the information site and come see us!

There's a pub just down the road too.

Thanks for the info anyway.

Wish I could go, but if there are no servers in Australia yet, I doubt they'd hold an event there :P

It's a possibility, but I'll have to check on how to get there and back. If I can't, make sure The Frog is on to talk to us!

Good to hear, and look forward to seeing you both there. We should have further details on what we plan to be doing soon.

Wait wait wait!!!!

10? can I ask what you plan on doing with 10? Maybe 4, 8, 16, 24...... but 10 seems like a waste of space.

All of this really doesn't matter since I will not be there, but that just jumped out at me.......

Nevermind that, why would they want us crowding around them?.. if you play guildwars as much as I do then watching other people play it isnt exactly going to be a revelation....

unless they want to show something off new I will be keeping my distance thanks ..

Heh I went to Insomnia1, infact I also went to the wireplay lan which really started the "i" chain off. I'm too old these days, if i walk into these events I get ushered into the "parents enclosure" :/

Well, I did note that we're running events for other NCsoft games as well. Hence why we have 10 PCs, that number works well for all of the events we'll be running over the weekend. We've got lots and lots of stuff up our collective sleeves that should provide a lot of fun for those who come along.

You sure know how to pick 'em! I find out you're doing a halloween special on the same day as I have to work late and then go out to a party. And now I find this, at the exact same time my car goes into the workshop! The Tyrian Gods want to keep me away, it seems...
